Meep!

Ow, ow, ow... yet good. I am *not* a hurt comfort person by nature, but this story wasn't about that, really. It was about what how they got there says about them, and how Rodney coped with the fallout. As ever, I'm in love with this universe.

This was beautiful, and painful, and so damn good. You made me cry, and wish for Rodney to find some kind of peace that won't leave him broken or dead, and knowing he probably won't.
You are amazing, and I hope you keep writing in this universe, becuase, even though it hurts, so do all the best ones.

I love the feel of the story. There's this undertone of the sadness of history and there's so much gravity to it but it's not sad itself. I love the way everyone's kind of familiar but not quite for Rodney and his inner panic and strength and the descriptions of Sheppard through his eyes. I really liked the way Teyla was written too, where the story is about Rodney but she is not just there to be passive, he learns from her. Thank you for sharing, I really hope you feel better soon.

Thank you!

I always itch to give Teyla something to *do*. One day, dammit.
