windows 10 - the reckoning

This is a quick addendum to the Windows 10 upgrade post I did here because this is a very annoying problem

It's not a tip, it's two gripes!

1. Whenever Windows restarts it turns the scroll off on my mousepad.
2. While I can pin a document folder to the taskbar it doesn't actually do anything when clicked, so I've had to pin them to the Start menu instead and while I know it's the same number of clicks I find it annoying.

the windows 10 is the best operating system right now especially for the touch screen and 2 in 1 laptops
