oh wait, I get what you're saying. He wants to be friends, but can snuggle on the couch and watch movies....right! exactly my frustration with that one. I get it though. He has goals and wants to do things and travels around a bit, so having a girlfriend (not to mention one with a kid) might put a damper on those things he has in mind to do...buuut he's so relationship clueless (or clueless about me) he doesn't realize a relationship should (and I do) support those goals. Meh. Whatever. He's an asshat. ;P
