dear romantic panda who often strolls on beaches alone:
my boyfriend and i have been dating for about four months and it's been great so far. we're nearly best friends, and we play soccer together all the time. lately, we've taken our relationship to a more intimate level, and that's been pretty good too, but my boyfriend insists on calling me "baozi" in bed. how do i let him know that this makes me feel uncomfortable?

well, first of all, you've got to be firm about it. don't waver in your resolve! i want you to sit him down, look him in the eyes, bring a fist close to your face, and say, "bbuing bbuing!"
tested and proven to work like a charm by yours truly.
but if he's one of those really resilient ones, just go out and buy him a nice gucci bag and say, "duizhang, i'm begging you." aegyo may not work on everyone, but no one can resist gucci.

there's this guy i met recently named kevin* [* - name changed for privacy]. he's tall, handsome, canadian, and he almost looks like a god. we hooked up a couple of times after chance encounters, and finally exchanged numbers the last night we spent together.
lately he's been calling and pursuing me in hopes of moving into a relationship, but i'm not sure if i want to get with a guy who gives me such secondhand embarassment. as if the weird drawing he's been trying to woo me with weren't bad enough, he shouts, "i can fly!" before he finishes in bed.

the embarrassment issue really seems to affect you. if that's the case, i'd say unless he's loaded and willing to buy you lots of cake and gucci, dump his ass! be honest about it. repeat after romantic panda:
