taemin builds forts out of thick duvets and fluffy pillows in the living room, pinning corners underneath furniture and moving chairs to get the desired shape. he brings his teddy bears and books and lays over pillows inside, lost in his own little world. he gazes through thick eyelashes at light trickling lazily through blankets.
this is the place where childhood becomes the only reality and neverland is real. this is a place just for taemin, unconcerned with the trials and useless tribulations of inescapable adulthood. this is a secret place that no one can take away. this is a place that minho ignores and kibum rolls his eyes at. this is a place that jonghyun laughs at and pulls apart. at half past midnight, this is the place where jinki joins him, giggles following him.
neverland is a place where only taemin and jinki won't ever, ever grow up.
