ah well, i'm glad i got the chance to try again anyway :3 thanks for all the critique through this challenge, i wish every writer the best of luck! take care everyone, don't forget to eat healthy and sleep well! ♥
Well at least I got another chance. I'm sorry my grammar isn't perfect, it never has been my strong point.
I may not be perfect, but I am damn proud of what I wrote. Because it makes sense to me. I don't give a damn about cliches and I'll admit I am an amateur, there is no doubt about it. Also, it wasn't supposed to make any sense.
I hope no one things I'm angry or anything, cause I got over that last night after reading the comments (I sometimes can be overly defensive of my writing, so I'll go through a stage of anger and then I'll accept, thats just how I am). I appreciate the criticism because it will help me become better.
my two cents about cliches: they're fine as long as you're able to present them in a way that won't make them seem cliche. when you think about it, everything everyone's ever written can be considered cliche since the plot has, one way or another, been used countless of times already, but you will be able to capture the attention of a reader so long as you are able to "twist" the cliche.
"Also, it wasn't supposed to make any sense." then you won't be able to tell your story well. a story must always make sense, else writing it will be a lame attempt at getting something across (for lack of a better term). your story always has to make sense to others, too.
nevertheless, good luck with your future writings and congratulations for coming this far. hope to see you in the future!
