Stay Positive is an even better song when you learn that it's almost entirely composed of references to older Hold Steady songs!

I read that! Definitely going to have to look into some more of their stuff. Just got this album a couple days ago, and I've been listening to it obsessively. The Beat Goes On was playing One for the Cutters and I fell in love with it. Good times.

I really love 'em! If you can get your hands on Separation Sunday or Boys & Girls in America, I highly recommend either! Also, if you ever get the opportunity to see them live, DO NOT PASS IT UP. It's been three years since I saw them and they're still one of the best concerts I've ever seen!
