All I remember of this is that Blair was a witness to a childs murder and almost a victim himself when he was a kid in a small town. The sherriff didn't believe him and in fact covered it up. The killer ended up coming to Cascade and Blair recognized the signature X cut into a new victims chest. They end up going back to the little town and
