It is a gray and dreary day. Today I am very sad for several reasons and I would like your best suggestions of stories to cry along. Do you mind self recs? I am an angst junkie...many of my stories are heavy on the angst. Most have at least hopeful endings, but there's a lot of angst before we get there.

In another life is a tear-jerker read, but may not suit you because part of the distress is that Blair's love for Jim is unrequited, except in a platonic manner.

I was going to recommend "In Another Life" so I am very glad to see that it is here already. It gets my vote for the saddest Sentinel fanfic ever.
