Two classics: tsunami and air crash

Hello.  Grateful for help finding two classic stories, please.  There's the one where Jim uses his Sentinel powers to give Cascade advanced warning of a tsunami - there's a scene where he and Blair rescue a stranded baby from a tree?  And the other is where he realises there are terrorists in the control tower of the airport trying to crash a plane
