I've been seeing folks complaining about not being able to read comments on various comms/journals for months now, ever since lj started implementing its "site updates"; you should definitely file a support request so lj developers are notified of the problem and can hopefully come up with a fix.

Well, now I can see your comments. I did file a support request. No message yet, but about an hour after I reported the issue, I am able to read posts. Hopefully it is fixed.

Well,since I don't see a lot of rec comments, I'll pull out this list I made up a while ago. It's not strictly email or IM, it includes all notes and letters, and I can't remember which is which. But you can poke through them. Let me know if any of the links don't work. Cheers
