Not so NC17ish, but good fic:
Chasing Rainbows by Panik, which diverges from canon when Blair goes missing and ends up in a private mental hospital as an atypical autistic John Doe who doesn't speak or react to people in the real world, but reacts to their spirit animals in the spirit world. And the sequel: Angel Dust.

Quarry by Cara Chapel. Lee Brackett returns. More twists and turns than a corkscrew, Jim on the hunt, nicely hot sex at the end.
