BAMF!Blair

Whether he's a cop or not I want some Bad-ass!Riding-to-the-rescue!Blair. I don't necessarily need Jim to be the damsel in distress in one in trouble. I just want some awesome take charge Blair.

character-related: angry!blair, character: blair, character-related: strong!blair, character-related: cop!blair

I did a short one along those lines, pre-slash,

Mine, All Mine

I just now read "Mine, All Mine" for the first time and was glad I did. The title says it all about the Blair I know and love -- strong, brave, physical, heroic, and so possessive of Jim (and, about most things, actually, way more than Jim, but that's a discussion for another time, I think).

One of the best BAMF Blair's is Shedoc's Apache series. It was just recc'd on Crack Van so I am going to allow myself to be lazy and not provide the links.

Is it at 852 prospect? I am not online right now to check. I'll look later. Reread it, if I read it before. (not the OP, just like the subject!)

Had to go check. Nope.

Here's the link!

The second one is at Prospect, but here's the link anyway:

And a snippet:

Enjoy!

This take on Blair is a really interesting one.

Thanks! The search functions don't work on the PDA the right way.

In Y. S. McCool's Upgrade, in Chapter 13, Getting Your Money's Worth, Blair is such a BAMF when he goes to Jim's rescue that a word is coined: Sandburged. I can't find the exact quote, but it means revenge that is so over the top that death is preferable to letting him continue.

then scroll down to Upgrade. I believe when you go to this site , you will be given directions to get her password.

Thanks. I'm always curious about McCool's fic. I mean it feels kind of 'elitist' that she makes people request a password to read her fic. But if it's good (which the frequency with which it's recced here would lead me to believe) then I guess I can understand.

FYI, she wasn't being elitist. She was being bombarded by spammers and she chose this solution rather than shut down her site.

Blair has BAMF-ish tendencies in Confidential Arrangements, but it's #4 story in a series, so fair enough if you don't want to check out the whole thing. :-)

It's the Cloudbusting series, about halfway down the page. Slash.
