There is the distinct possibility that I have asked for this before, if I did I couldn't find it anywhere. The recent fic rec request about heat and heatwaves made me think of a story on 852 Prospect about Blair sunbathing nude on the roof of the loft building and Jim finds him. I'm not sure if it's at 852 prospect, but I think you're thinking of Tanlines by Deirdre.
