Looking for story with female from peru with special abilities

 There is a set of stories I believe with a young woman who grew up in Peru and ends up marrying Rafe.  She also has special abilities and helps at Ranier to get Blair reinstated.

I read it a long time ago and can't think of the name or author of the stories.

Thanks. That was the series, although I thought there were more. I kinda of remember one that explains her relationship with Jim and where she came from.
