This is a great orgy fic featuring Blair; nicely written and all consensual with some wonderful OCs. Set pre-show, but Jim does appear.

None of the recced fics was the one I requested (there was an author bandied about who might have written the story and then pulled it off-line, but since no one could definitely confirm that she'd ever written an orgy fic, I didn't really feel comfortable e-mailing her out of the blue and asking her to hit me up with some gang-bang stories:)
