Two fics I'm looking for.

1) A psychiatrist is trying to split up the team, who he thinks are too reliant on eachother, so they sic Blair on him. He relents when Simon goes onestep further and threatens to sic Naomi on him.

The second sounds a bit like Search and Rescue by Romslinger.
Of course here the embassy is more like a pile of rubble due to an earth quake. Jim is trapped inside, Blair is with the search and rescue guys. This links to Romslingers page over the wayback machine. The story should be at the 852 Prospect Archive as well, but it won't load for me at the moment.
