new Jake stories

Dec 30, 2008 12:58

So I just found out that alyjude posted her new moonridge jake stories at http://community.livejournal.com/moonridge_fics, but then I found out the journal was deleted. *sad sigh* Does anyone has a copy of these stories? It would make this abnormaly cold day a little bit more bearable.

*found, author: alyjude, series: everything's jake

Out of curiosity, why did the moonridge fics journal disappear?

Aly created it as a temporary site for her 2008 moonridge offering. After keeping it locked for the moonridge winners for a number of months, Aly made it public for a little while. Her intent is to start moving these stories to one of her various web sites. I think this is where she'll eventually post the Jake stories, including one she has described but not posted yet:

I'm sure Aly will eventually post all of her stories, but many times she likes to polish them a little more before she posts them, so it might take a while. In the meantime, because she didn't prohibit it and because the stories were posted publicly for a time, I don't think she'll mind sharing them. Aly is always tickled that people like her work so much.
