Gen story Blair adopts

Hey everyone!
I'm trying to find a gen story where Blair's mom, aunt and uncle all died in
a car accident and Blair adopts His aunt and uncles baby daughter.
Jim's dad helps get them a house and nanny at the end.

i know I wasn't very descriptive, that's why I read and don't write
fiction. Would love some help in finding this story.

I remember this one and I can't seem to remember who wrote it or what it was called - drive me nuts - but I think you have something wrong in your descript, I am pretty sure it was non-explict slash, not gen.

There was a crazy nanny/maid who tried to off Blair to get the baby to raise for herself, and the lawyer that comes by to help Blair and ultimately Jim is gay, and his lover is an artist.

Hope that helps others find it for you (and me).

You are right about the crazy nanny and the lawyer. I read so many
wonderful fics (including yours) I get them mixed up.
