What a coincidence! I have only just finished rereading "Panther Tales" and then reading Legion's "Storm" series for the first time. Fantastic reads! *g*
It rings a bell but I don’t find the bookmark either. If it’s the same story and I remember right then it was a Quantum Leap Crossover. Blair was mentally hurt to raise his telepathy, the government people who did this also tried to make Jim rape Blair. The boys wouldn’t do it but both got damaged over it and Jim got ballistic in a throwback kind of way and burned the facility down. Dr. Sam Backet from QL changed time and now they didn’t get abducted. They hat to go underground to stay hidden but in the end Blair from the first timeline (with white hair but not from age) (some years older) and Blair from the fixed one meet and the first Blair taught the second to use his mind as a Weapon so that the Guide could protect his Sentinel and himself. The first Pair wanted to see if they would have ended up in love even if they hadn’t bin abducted and in seeing the younger Blair und Jim in Love gave them peace of mind.
