Off the top of my head, I'll recommend Without Love by Josephine Darcy and Visting Alex by Lady Ra. They're both slash fics. Misunderstanding/conflict between Jim & Blair. Also Polar Ice Caps by Alyjude which is an estrangement/separation fic post-TSbBS.
