I think it's otterly possible that there's more than one person sending anonymous otters of love. I am otterly clueless on who the perps may be, however. Perhaps otter people can shed more light on this mystery.

Hey, just because I am otterly amazing at coming up with terrible puns doesn't make me an otter anon! I come up with terrible puns all the time! Sometimes my friends ban me from speaking! I'm worse than Teddie!

I don't know who this mysterious anon (or anons) is, but I wish it was me because they're awesome.

I wish I was otter anon too, I imagine that they wear an otter costume and go around fighting crime and proclaiming themselves justice-- actually Otterman sounds like a pretty awesome alternative universe version of Batman.
Instead of a bat flying into the open window it was an otter.
