Ask me about my unpopular fandom opinion, and I shall spew forth some vitriol for you. Or, you know, express an opinion. Depends how I'm feeling, really. Feel free to be specific.
Name a fandom and I'll tell you 3 pairings I love, 2 pairings I consider shipping, and 1 pairing I hate.WAIT, HOW IS IT ALMOST 2010? I COULD OF SWORE IT WAS OCTOBER JUST

THAT FANDOM. IT BE CRAZY. Most of the fandom at this point probably comes from the Steve/Tony side of the fandom, so there is not a lot of fanfic/fanart for anything that isn't Steve/Tony. Personally I like Hank and Jan which makes people look at me strangely and ask why I like, "The wife beater" and I smack my hand against my forehead. :|
I dislike Simon, but you already know that. That's not exactly an unpopular opinion but I just like to point out that he's not the sort of character I like. Somehow in Marvel fandom altogether I end up cracking jokes about random ships and then I end up shipping them. THAT'S HOW I STARTED SHIPPING CLINT/WANDA. I BLAME amethystbubble THE MOST.
I'm...apathetic towards Thor. I just really can't bring myself to care, but I do like him a lot more whenever he hangs out with Hercules. Also I'm not crazy about Tony recently either. Dear Tony, stop being yourself.
ALSO: I have a strange relationship with Bendis. Occasionally I like his writing and I think "Now ( ... )

I'm the same way with him. ;_____;
And I agree with all of this. Thor - thought I was the only one who didn't really care. ;0; glad to know I'm not alone. And the random Hank hate. dude, it was once. ONCE. And he was batshit crazy at the time. I see the slap as a knee-jerk reaction and the fact that his sanity was disintegrating...I'm not at all surprised that that's what happened. And the lack of things that aren't Steve/Tony

We do need more things that aren't Steve/Tony but at the same time we probably wouldn't have so many fans if it wasn't for Steve/Tony...

Despite its problems and the occasional black hole of never-ending badfic you can find in dark alleys, they are certain parts that are nice and perfectly lovely. I'M SERIOUS. I have had nice conversations about how Kingdom Hearts is so nerdy and fun. But still they are areas that I don't travel in alone. Especially late at night when nothing is feeling alright.
So my first unpopular opinion is that I actually like the Disney sections of the games, they are so nerdy and fun and I love just running around and dancing with Mulan or Jack Skellington unlike some of the fans who prefer to ignore the Disney bits of the game. I also like Kairi and the rest of the ladies from the games who usually get hate from the fans. Kingdom Hearts can't just be a sausage fest* you guys.
Also I really like the music from the games. Seriously, the series was blessed with good music. Although most Square Enix games have good music...
I really hate when people make Sora delicate or give him the traditional ( ... )

YES THANK YOU. *ahem* I agree with pretty much all of this. Especially about people making Sora an stereotypical uke type. I read this horrible doujinshi the other day where all Sora did was cry about whether Riku liked him or not. NO. BAD DOUJINSHI AUTHOR BAD. (Why I read the whole thing I don't know. Train wreck syndrome? Pretty art? A little of both?) Man, the thing I like best about Sora is his cheerfulness and resilience.

THIS
I am ever so fond of Sora and his heroism even if most of the fandom isn't.
It was probably a mix of both, but I completely understand because pretty art and train wreck syndrome are a weakness of mine too...

Okay besides that, this is an extremely unpopular opinion right now but I'm looking forward to the 11th Doctor. I love David Tennant but I want the Doctor to get lighter, he's been too dark and destructive lately for my personal tastes. I prefer the Doctor having fun and skipping through time and space. I think we need more alien/dude companions too, just because we need some more variety than "random girl from earth" in the TARDIS.
I actually really liked Owen/Tosh. I actually miss them a lot. After the whole Children of Earth thing I actually grew to love Gwen more than Jack because now she is awesome team leader/mommy and Jack is that guy who microwaved his grandson. DUDE, NOT EVEN MAGNETO HAS DONE THAT.
Also I want more silly and exciting adventures. OH, and more K9. I love that robot doggy.
PAIRINGS:LOVE: The Doctor/*INSERT COMPANION HERE*, the Doctor/TARIDS, the Doctor/the Master ( ... )
