It was such a brilliant weekend! Thanks so much for your hospitality and tour guide stuff, I WILL definitely be back, also great to hear about ghetto lunatic that was st Kevin, amazing how people got made saints back then for stuff that'd get you locked up these days!

Nice pics! I love the way the early Celtic saints are just so obviously entirely borrowed from Pagan legend with just an "St" stuck on the front.

thats what i said and they called me crazy because my head would be turned to pulp.

They certainly borrowed a lot from it. and it didnt stop there St Columba did some miracles that would put jesus to shame. It was pretty much the narrative of the time 'well my god destroyed an army of one eyed sea monsters single handedly what can yours do! ummmm well this guy gets on very well with livestock?'
