Phoebe wrapped her arms around her and just held her. "Piper and paige took me to the apartment and then to the manor. None of my three sisters thought I should be here yesterday..."

Phoebe managed a faint smile and moved so he could sit.

"Piper, Paige and Prue didn't think it would be a good idea for me to come back here yesterday," she explained softly. "it was hard convincing Paige and Prue that I needed to come back today. But Prue couldn't keep intercepting Grams forever."

Because having to have the tires replaced makes his player cranky and in need of distraction Anders headed up to the fifth floor after receiving Phoebe's voicemail that morning, and knocked on the door.

It felt weird, coming up here to see her, after . . . everything, but he at least owed her a visit and an attempt to comfort her. As far as he was concerned it didn't begin to make up for what he'd done, but it was a start.
