Phoebe had swam around the island from Selkie Cove sometime during the night while she had been focused on her surroundings. She had met many different types of ocean creatures and had seen a lot of pretty shells and things off the coast of the island. Upon swimming further out, she had come across what looked to be an old shipwreck and had plans

Piper really had to do something about the spell her sister cast, so she stopped by Selkie Cove looking for her. When she didn't find her there, she tried Galactica Point.

"Hey Pheebs," she said calmly even though seeing her sister as a mermaid was somewhat of a shock.

"There are people here on land who like you, too," Piper said, desperation in her voice.

"People on land hurt and lie to you and hide things from you," Phoebe said floating backwards a little more. "The ocean needs me and it has pretty shells and pearls!"

"I don't hurt you, at least not intentionally," Piper said, looking down. "Please come home?"

"You never do," Phoebe agreed. "You would never hurt me or keep secrets."

"So, come home, okay?" Piper said, trying not to feel guilty.

"My home is here."

"Phoebe, don't say that," Piper said, trying not to panic. "You can't stay in there. I need you..."

"If you can find a spell, then you can try it," she said calmly. "But until then, I'm staying here."

Piper sighed. "You have to want it to work and it's obvious you'd rather swim around in the sea to forget about everything."

Phoebe gave her a hurt look and turned and dove back into the waves.

"Phoebe!" Piper cried, her voice filled with panic. "Come back!"

She watched helplessly as Phoebe dove into the waves.
