So we went to go look at the apartment yesterday, and we're both more than a bit apprehensive. This place has been on the market for months; what if there was something terribly wrong with it? And even if it was perfect, would there be hidden costs, or they wouldn't rent a one-bedroom to two men?

That's how Kippei and I felt when we first got out place. It all seemed too good to be true. I'm glad we ended up with this place though. It was the only one I saw that I absolutely fell in love with.

The realtor just had the unit inspected, and it came out just fine. The company didn't know why no one was calling about the place.
