Finally got around to watching these, two years later. And I didn't really plan to watch them -- I don't have a good internet so can't get newer stuff right now. But I'm glad I did watch and not putting them off any further.

I believe the recast Ryoutarou is the actor who played chibi-Ryoutarou in the first Den-O film, so it's... kind of in continuity, as far as Den-O goes. XD (IIRC he first showed up in, yes, the Decade crossover, but I don't remember if that was due to time-travel shenanigans or world-hopping ones)
(Also, wow, I did not know Rinko's actress had done toku before. /tempted to go back and rewatch Episode Blue)
Apparently, the recast Ryoutarou grew up between the first Den-O film and the more recent ones. :) (And I'm tempted to think Chibi-Ryoutarou is due to time traveling (similar to Hana, probably -- not that I remember the story behind her turning young), but since it is a Decade crossover, I'm not sure either.)
(I saw Rinko first, so I guess that made it easier to recognize her actress. If I'd watched Episode Blue first, I probably wouldn't remember her at all. ^^; I am not all that good in spotting actors from different shows.)
