The RAR file doesn't actually contain the episode -- it's the subtitle script file, and it's in Russian or some Cyrillic language. This kind of file can be used in conjuction with the RAW episode to watch it with subtitles -- if you know Russian!

This OVA episode has been shared here in an earlier post -- if you are looking for it, try using the tag "downloads: episodes" and going back to some of the older posts.

The second one is the OVA episode with subtitles that look like Italian or possibly Portuguese. Not Spanish -- but similar!
