(OOC: As a note, as always, Ba'al has 'two voices.' When he's using the creepy inhuman sounding Goa'uld voice, his text will be in red.)

Sorry this took me so long. I was kinda busy last night. XD;

Heavy footsteps march along with the Goa'uld as he works his way through the corridors. Lined up behind him are two rows of a number of soldiers dressed in a grayish armor with chainmail. They have varying colors of skin, culture, appearances. The one primary appearance to the majority of them is that they all bear an emblem tattooed to their forehead. But the strangeness about it? Not all of them have one emblem. It's a number of different ones. Ranks? Ehh... Maybe. Who knows? Maybe the Goa'uld will explain. Sometime, at least.

The drums from the attack on the nearby Nhodes can be heard, however. Ba'al made sure of that, and made sure that they were going away before he moved his soldiers in. It wouldn't do to have to run into Deadites as well, now would it?

But that's okay. It's about time to silence Veil Union at this point.

The Goa'uld, Ba'al, himself is wearing black robes with gold trim. They don't seem to be very convenient for fighting in, but that's besides the point. As the dark man and his soldiers approach the hub's entrance, he seems to have drawn the attention of the guards.

"Jaffa. Kree!"

The Jaffa behind him lower their weapons and take aim on the soldiers. The System Lord himself moves to step out of the way to give them clear firing advantage. As the Jaffa begin to fire upon the guards, one does manage to escape and hurry over to Ba'al.

What he does not expect is to find this man possessing superhuman strength. Ba'al quickly moves to toss him up against the wall and place the stone of his hand device against the man's head. It's just a mental command, but the strange item is activated, sending supersonic waves into the man's mind, causing the soldier to scream. Hand devices are known as some of the most agonizing weapons that the Goa'uld have developed.

If they keep up in this manner, it will be quick work until they get into Netzak proper.
