Made in PSCS2, should be translatable.
Duplicate your base, set to screen.

Create a new layer, flood fill with a dark purple (#250022 used here), set to exclusion.

Create a new layer, flood fill with a light blueish-green (#99e2eb used here), set to soft light.
->
Stamp visible (Ctrl+Alt+Shift+E) and set to color burn.

Layer > New Adjustment Layer > Color Balance. Settings I used:
Midtones: +79, -38, -35
Shadows: -16, +25, +25
Highlights: +16, -5, +19
Merge all and sharpen if needed. Voila!
