How I did it: While I'd earned my full Indonesian driver's licence over eight years ago, it took me 10years and 136days to earn my Australian (specifically Queensland) learner's licence. Anyhow, I read the road-rules PDF, cram studied overnight (I did the online test ~30 times,) rocked-up, paid-up and got 30/30.

I got my QLD motorbike learners without even studying. The test was so easy - questions like do you have to wear a helmet - yes/no. The car one wasn't that much harder, so I'm not surprised you got full marks if you studied.
As for an Indonesian license, is there even a test for that? I got an Indonesian motorbike license by paying the cops at the station $20 and smiling for the photo :P

Yeah, I should have got the motorbike one at the same time, it does look ridiculously easy. I studied to make sure I didn't make a stupid mistake on an answer that I considered logically correct but legally incorrect.
If you got it in Bali, then yeah, they are a lot more lax. I had to take lessons and everything before they gave me one :p
