I had to write a letter today, essentially a suck-up give me an extension letter, and while I knew what to say, how to frame portions of it I couldn't for the life of me compose the letter as a whole

Do you have OCD? For many years I was quite troubled by it, but around my early twenties I began to overcame it. About 6 years later, I'm focused on parkour, and I'm trying to induce parts of it again because it helps so much with developing skills (eg piano).
