He isn't the most agreeable person; therefore I find it very difficult to keep a straight face when speaking to him.

I expect him to utter "Resistance is futile! You must comply!" any time I tell him something that he finds contrary...which is quite often...

He is also quite unagreeable.. Must be the name! Would be a very small world if it were the same person :)
