Fecking Fleas Again!

I had a doctor's appointment this morning (yay); it was just for prescription repeats when I made it, but I ended up getting a flu shot and the doctor took a look at my hand while she was at it. Now my arm aches. But my hand is feeling much better now that the antibiotics have started working

Ummm. Hello *pokes vet* Have you noticed you're a vet? The bloody fleas were probably on the clothing of who did the pre-op....

Seriously. If your cats had fleas you wouldn't even need a flea comb to find them. My boys (and girl) are fleabags, but they go outside and pick them up, and its easy to come across flea dirt around the ears and under the chin. If you're not finding any, I'd ignore the stupid money making vet. Also? They shouldn't be going ahead with any treatment that's not essential to the operation Loki was booked in for without you permission first. They had no right to go ahead with the treatment and no right to charge you for it.

Oh. That's "aren't fleabags" (even though Duo does get referred to as such, in affection). They get regular flea treatments.....
