The final nail in the coffin for CNN
My frequency of reading news on CNN.com has declined to maybe once a week over the last year or two, as the quality of their journalism has gone down in my opinion. Today, I saw something that will put that frequency to about zero. The headline right now on CNN.com is "CIA says terror voice is Bin Laden" (emphasis mine) What the fuck is a "terror voice?" This is almost as bad as the snippet of Fox News I caught a couple years ago that had the headline of "Evil Ups the Ante" in regard to N. Korea making their usual boneheaded statements. It's been sad to watch CNN go down the tubes as they sensationalize and emulate Fox in an effort to attract a bigger audience. I won't shed a tear, as there are plenty of news sources out there to replace it.
