I've actually logged more than 500 miles this year, but I haven't had my
Nike+ for that entire time. Also, I don't run, I walk, hence the crappy pace. I wish it wasn't averaged out that way, because my watch tells a much different story, and only ONE of my daily four miles ever ends on a 16 (youch

I am going to attempt a walk/jog beginning sometime this week. I figure I love the pretty weather and mayyybe this will help me get up before noon. Dunno how it'll work out, but I figure if I fail at the jogging bit, the walking is still fair game.
You also = inspiration, hope I can someday be as dedicated as you are ^_^.

And yah, walking is good! I read somewhere that you get as much benefit from walking as you do from jogging, but without as much stress on your joints. That's what I keep telling myself, anyway. I hate jogging. HAAAAATE it.
And it actually took me a few years to work up to this level of insanity dedication, so really, anyone can do it.
I saw your entry a few days back about exercise advice, and I honestly meant to reply, but my brain is just ... not functioning well these days. I always have lots to say about that subject and I just couldn't keep it all straight in my head. lol I'll go over and reply to it now...

And I don't care about anyone who says otherwise, walking or running or jumping on a pogo stick, 500 miles is Incredible! Mozal Tov, Sis! It's a wonderful certificate!
