I didn't start to show until about...21-22 weeks. Smaller framed people sometimes take a while to show because the baby actually grows accordingly to your body size (to some extent)
Before you know it, one day you'll wake up and go OMG THERE IS A BABY IN THERE.
That's what I heard, but I can't stop myself from a little worry :P Thing is, is the little bugger is already moving A LOT and I know she's there, it just concerns me that I'm not showing, and have actually lost 20lbs instead of gaining any. I was over weight to begin with (35lbs over) so I wonder if that was it. I dunno.
Everyone keeps telling me I'm going to wake up one morning and have blown up :P
Don't worry Hun, I lost something like 13 lbs at first (yes, had some extra chub, esp in the hips and bum) and my midwives were scolding me. I ended up only gaining 11, and Zoe was a healthy 7 lb baby at birth. She's now inching towards 15lb,s and is happy, healthy, and active as all heck! Your body starts to eat the extra fat when you're preggers, which is why yours supposed to take prenatals to ensure your body is producing enough of th vitamins and such your little one needs to grow their brain and other important bits.
You'll wake up one morning and go "omg belly bump!" ....took me until th third trimester before I was really showing, and only in the final few weeks before there was really any bulge to speak of.
