I don't know, I'm quite fond of clothing. I get cold too easily otherwise. Plus, I'm one who needs, ahem, support, if you know what I mean. I could do without the shame and cultural issues about decency that have created so many problems throughout history, but don't take away my bras and fuzzy socks!

But think about this. According to the Gospel of John, Jesus' first miracle was to transform water into wine. For a party. His followers were rebuked several times for being drunkards in other Gospels. Jesus apparently liked booze and parties and having a good time.

I think that God would have allowed clothing etc... if we needed it but there would not have been this tabooness when it comes to nudity and shame. There probably would have also been less cruelty towards appearances. No one would feel ashamed about the way they looked because they had God's love. ;)

It's so true about Jesus being fun! Christianity, God and Jesus really have a bad rap. They are thought of as being stuffy when it's far from the truth! The major commandment Jesus taught us was to love God and to love each other but somehow puritans etc... have forgotten that and twisted it into their own views of morality!

Great link! ;)

There seems to be this false viewpoint about sex and nudity etc... Infact the first thing that God told Adam and Eve was to go forth and multiply!
