Since when were they dating HIM/HER? Since when???" And then you wonder how you could have missed all that seemingly pretty standard information, but somehow you feel too

You're right, that's important! :) I learned French in school, for six years, and since this autumn, I'm going to a class once a week at the local university college. But I really need to practice speaking more, because we don't do much of that in class!
