Anyone play FF14? I need a basic idea from their cross classing guide... Is it like FF11 or is it literally you just start gathering skills as you go?

Its basically gathering skills as you go. Pick a class, play it for a while, gain new skills, chose new class, start back at 1, gain new skills, go back to original class and level, have access to that class's skills and the other classes skills. :D
