Blogging for choice...I love it! Thanks for sharing this.
I'm not trying to be nitpicky (and I hope you know I rarely do this), but since this is one of your rare public posts I thought you might want to know about a spelling mistake in a few places: abstence-----> abstinence. ONLY mentioning in case you wanted to post elsewhere though, otherwise I personally wouldn't care (and god knows I've got craploads of mistakes in mine!) ;)
No probs on the mistake. I am not too worried, it's not going anywhere else. I didn't really have time to spell check and wanted to write it up quickly while still on the date...

thanks!
I think that people get the pro-life v. pro-choice stuff confused. But I think that it ultimately boils down to who you think should make the decision (women or govt.)?
I also think that a lot of women don't really know or think how they would react unless they have really faced the situation before.
I am sure that you did the right thing for your friend. I think that anyone going through the decision process really needs moral support from friends, and that helps so much.
I'd be interested to hear more about how you got to where you are on the continuum and what influenced your movement (if there was much from being pro-life to pro-choice)
But, really, I wanted to contact you re: masalacouples. The userinfo says to contact you or your fellow mod through your user profiles but neither of you seems to have an e-mail address up..
Thanks for the heads up Shreena. I have a very very crazy full time job, so even though I got an email notification that I needed to put on my co-moderator hat, I wasn't able to get there until after I got home from work.
Poptopia and I are unfortunately both pretty busy, but we addressed the situation the best that we could. Both of us are pretty sensitive about our personal information (including email) being out in the public sphere.
Thanks for advising us to check out the situation.

I think you might both want to have a look at:
