*flails* I loved this. It was powerful and heartbreaking and sweet and lovely and more heartbreaking. Hugh Laurie should play the piano in nearly EVERY episode. :D

I think only something like tragedy to someone he loves could ever truly ground House, and this definitely meshed the lines between when to let go and when to stay and knowing the difference between the two as Cuddy fades in and out.

You're brilliant, but you don't need me to tell you this. :D
