That would be Epiphany then! It was during this one that I had an Epiphany. Most of the way through I was noticing how much Rodney was missing Sheppard, but I got equally excited when John kissed that bird. My brain went 'but you ship Shep with McKay, Teyla or Weir' and the rest of me went 'yeah, right'. And I went, 'bugger'.

You confused shipper, you :-)

*snicker* John is the multi-purpose ship subject, though. Unlike most of the others, it's perfectly possible to put him in multiple ships without blowing your brain or going "eh?" 'Cos I wasn't actually annoyed by the whole kissing the girl thing despite my Sheppard/McKay tendencies.

And I'm hanging my head about the typo. I actually retyped Epiphany because I mis-spelled it the first time...

There was a typo? I didn't notice the word Epiphany anywhere in your post, hence my first comment.

Basically I was like ´Sheppard what is it with you and ascended chicks´ and then Rodney pretty much said the same thing, while I was eating an apple, which had me laughing, then choking because the two don´t go together well.

Also, poor baby, totally abandonment issues, and we don´t get any backstory except he liked storms as a kid, or was scared of them, but they were still cool. Ooookay.

Maybe that´s a deep metaphor for something. Or not.

Yup, definitely has abandonment issues. Although he hung around in that cave for a darned long time - I'm thinking that he has an incredible amount of faith in his team, even though it seemed like he'd been abandoned.

There was some comment, a film reference, that had me giggled while trying to drink milk, also not a great combination :-)

I'm fairly sure that, like the ferris wheels, the storm thing can be taken either way but was probably intended as having no metaphor or anything. Um. Possibly.

My brain hurts today.
