I had another of those weekends where it all got away from me somewhat. Saturday morning there was a ton of running around doing errands. This included getting Mum and I getting our library cards linked so that she can pick up books for me even if I've forgotten to give her my card ( Read more... )

And how are all the Civil War books? I suspect that could warrant a post all of its own. Myself, I've only read the main Civil War TPB, which was great. And, um *goes and looks at shelf* Heroes for Hire: Civil War, which wasn't, as I recall. I thought there was a Punisher in there, but perhaps not.

Anyhoo: tell. Inquiring minds, and all that.

So far, I'm enjoying the Civil War books more than I expected to, although I suspect that's because I haven't got to the main books yet.

I'm reading everything that my library has, which appears to be everything. That is a lot of books :-D

I'll start writing up my thoughts as I go, if that's of interest. Some of those thoughts may be just "omg no flail", I'll warn you :-) I suspect that when I get to the stuff dealing with Captain America, Stark and the other Avengers there may just be a lot of vowel noises.
