GI Guys and telly stuff

Well, my meeting with the GI Guy went a bit better than expected. I'm not in remission, but it's not bad yet and he's happy to give non-steroid meds (a 5ASA one) a good go. Woo! So, more meds but not the nasty steroids. I'm going back in four weeks to review, sooner if I deteriorate, and we'll probably conclude that Humira will need long-term help

New Valdemar book? I'd spotted the 500 Kingdoms book and wishlisted it, but I didn't realize there was more Valdemar stuff out. (Though what with the anthologies and the Collegium books, I've kind of started to lose track of what I do and don't have.)

There's a new Collegium book, Changes, that came out on Thursday. I'm very excited :-)

Not sure I've read the second Collegium book -- first because it was in hardcover, and then because I figured I'd get it in Kindle, but I wanted to reread the first one before I did, and I just haven't gotten around to it. But it's nice to know that when I'm in the right mood for it, I'll be able to sweep through three at once!
