I thought that things were improving over the weekend. I made it through most of Saturday with no problems and while Sunday wasn't as good, it wasn't as bad as it had been during the week. Ugh. Really to sorry to hear things are so horrid for you at the moment. Good luck with the new GP though, I hope that works out better than the current non-arrangement.

I can't remember what type of EDS you have, but there has been some work done recently on gastro problems and EDS. My neuro-enterologist, gastroenterologist and my EDS rheumo, are both certain that my EDS plays a big big part, in my stomach disorders. It might be worth trying to get a gastric emptying study done as well, as there also seems to be a link between gastroparesis and EDS.

There are a lot of drug options too, some of which can be bought over the counter here, but forgive me if they're not available to you. The main one I'd suggest is Domperidone (generic), as it's meant to speed up stomach emptying, which ties in with the fact you said that it feels like it doesn't move anywhere.
