I cannot get into the Canadian or US versions of my bank's website. The UK version doesn't help (although I can access it) because my money is here in Canada

If your banks have an https login page, then your sysadmins shouldn't be able to grab your passwords (or so I've always been assured) as it is encrypted on your local machine before being sent.
It sounds like it could be a DNS problem (but I guess you already knew that) and should hopefully fix itself over 24 hours or so (fingers crossed!)
Have you got phone banking/can you get it? Or even does your bank do a phone app? (Barclays does, so I can do some stuff from my smartphone, and otherwise I can phone up and talk to someone to get things paid/sorted)
Ooh, good to know about the https. I'm a little paranoid :-) It's an option if I get really stuck. Telephone banking is possible and I can at least get my balance and sort out the bill payments, but if I can't see the full transaction list etc. then my brain doesn't seem to process the information well.

It's still not accessible and I'm definitely thinking it's a DNS issue, particularly as it appears to affect any connection through this ISP but not through the other main ISP here. Somehow, I sense that as it's not self-resolving this may be something that my ISP is going have difficulties with. Argh! If nothing has been done by Monday then I'll escalate to a phone call and a yelling.
Now I have to dig out the phone number for telephone banking. Which I'd usually get from their website but...
