Hope the funk lifts quickly. Could you be/have been dehydrated? Many of the symptoms are somewhat similar...

Thanks. I've been drinking a ton of water, herbal tea, juice and milk so I don't think that's it but with me, you never know.

I did go very wobbly when I got home from work last night. Grabbed a few Ritz crackers and felt better after a while.

I'm thinking (hoping) that it's just the humidity setting my back and hip into a flare, which is making me feel crappy in general and then the extra painkillers to deal with that are finishing me off. I shall keep an eye on my hydration and make sure to eat little snacks if I'm feeling iffy as well.

I am reasonably sure that the funk is just because I'm fed up with pain, particularly after having several months of feeling relatively good. I see my rheumy next week so I can discuss it with her if I'm still having probs.
