BAs drive me INSANE at times. They never realise how hard we work and the pressure we put ourselves under to get their "simple little change" through!

On the other hand: we don't have a proper testing or release process. Usually the users scream just after we put something on the live system, and find out that it affects functionality in a way they didn't expect.

And I've got a worksheet from one of our Business Analysts which says:
Produce timetabling data from eCSIS/Room Bookings for Facility CMIS space modelling exercise

(eCSIS is our home written student management system.) You notice that it doesn't actually specify anything ... detailed. Or, you know... Analysed.
